ROSEMARY ALMONDS
5 cups raw almonds (yes, you can grow almonds here!) 1/4 plus 1 TBLS good quality olive oil 1 TBLS Kosher salt (plus 1/4 tsp to taste) DO NOT use table salt 2 and 1/2 springs fresh rosemary 5 cloves garlic minced
Mix almonds, olive oil, garlic and rosemary until almonds are well coated. Add kosher salt, stir and place on a baking sheet in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
